We offer a variety of extra curricular activities, at lunchtime and after school. Class teachers and classroom assistants offer non-fee paying activities, such as Nature Club, Team Games, Brainteasers, Playground Games and Board Games, whilst specialist Teachers/Coaches offer fee-paying or non fee paying activities, including vocal and instrumental Music, dance, art, drawing, craft, Expressive Speech, indoor and outdoor games, promotional and competitive contest (based on IQ, GK and text book), Drama, Yoga, educational tour, social awareness etc. depending on Year Group.

Our early years aim is to provide a high quality, developmentally appropriate, exciting, active and challenging curriculum which lays the foundations for children’s later learning, but which has regard to their present individual needs. In the early years at Gurukul School, we recognize each child as an individual, following their own developmental path. The individual needs, as well as interests of every child, are catered for by our caring, experienced qualified staff.
