In the present society, education is a way to the skills development program. Ideologically it is far away from the philosophy of education. Indian civilization came to earth thousands of years ago with the hand of the Indus valley civilization.

The philosophy of Vedic education is to make mankind. Spirituality is a soul of education. According to the direction of Rig Veda, the first piece of literature in the world “Education is something, which makes a man self-reliant and selfless”.

Indeed, Vedic people used spirituality as a method of psycho-behavioral therapy. A continuously growing number of laws and criminal activities are indicating uniquely criminal administration is not able to control this social misery, and even the education system is failing to produce mankind in society.

Ancient literature are indicating that seers incorporated spirituality in the informal education system to devolve the sense of humanity and simultaneously they were promoting yogic education to keep an emotional balance in life. Practically yoga is able to produce a healthy body and mind, the effect of yogic practice is universally proven therefore it also needs to add to formal education.
